2012年首届多伦多新旺角杯城市象棋锦标赛规程
一、主办单位：
多伦多象棋会，Orillia象棋会
二、协办单位：
万锦市新旺角广场
三、比赛主题：
为推动棋艺发展，增进交流，活跃两地下棋氛围，提高棋友象棋兴趣。
四、参赛单位：
多伦多象棋队，Orillia象棋队
五、比赛日期/地点：
第一天客场：12月15日 星期六 下午一点 Orillia象棋活动室
第二天主场：12月22日 星期六 下午一点 万锦市新旺角广场
六、比赛办法：
主客场全队轮换制：一方6名队员与对方6名队员逐一对弈，比赛分两天，每天赛3轮，共6轮。
七、比赛细则：
采用“世象联象棋比赛规例”
八、比赛时限：
45分+30秒
九、比赛记录：
对弈双方应逐着记录，且字迹清晰、准确。每局漏记4着作违例1次，违例4次作负，连续漏记16着作负。若基本用时不足3分钟可暂缓记录，向裁判员声明后，可在记录纸上“√”，比赛结束后应补全记录。
十、团体名次：
根据两队6名队员积分总和区分。奖杯将颁发给本比赛冠军队。
2012 1st New Mong Kok Cup Inter-City Xiangqi Championship

Purpose:
To promote xiangqi development, enhance exchange, and increase xiangqi activities between the cities
Participants: Toronto Xiangqi Team, Orillia Xiangqi Team
Dates/Venues:
First day Away Match - December 15 Saturday @ 1pm - Orillia Xiangqi Activity Room
Second day Home Match - December 22 Saturday @ 1pm – New Kennedy Square, Markham
Regulations:
Home and away team rotation: a team of six players will play with the other six members in a 6 rounds round robin games. The competition is divided into two days, 3 games per day for a total of six games
Rules: The World Xiangqi Federation Rules will be adopted
Time Limit: 5 minutes + 30 seconds
Game Record:
All players must record the game with clear and accurate writing. For each game, every omission of 4 moves will be counted as 1 offense. 4 Offenses or continuous omission of 16 moves will default the game. During the game, if time is running less than three minutes, the record maybe deferred by informing the referee. The records should be temporary marked by "√", and game records must be made up in full after the end of the game.
Ranking:
The team with the higher total players score will win the competition. The trophy will be awarded to the champion team.
